How the API Gateway module works in Boss Tools
Designed to be fully integrated into operators’ information systems, the service is delivered as a SaaS solution and is accessible exclusively via API in the REST JSON format.

API Gateway
The heart of the entire architecture. The API Gateway is the enabling component that facilitates integration between operators’ information systems and the other modules in the BOSS suite. Each feature is exposed via REST JSON and designed for highly automated environments. It will also serve as the foundation for future modules (such as provisioning, orders, ticketing, etc.). Customers will be able to monitor how many API calls they make for each service they activate and purchase.
Service Portal
The Service Portal allows agents, partners, and resellers to create quotes and contract proposals quickly, with step-by-step guidance, and without errors. Thanks to its integration with NetMap Advanced, the system automatically verifies coverage and suggests available services, generating contracts that are ready to sign and synchronized with Odoo4WISP.
NetMap Advanced
NetMap Advanced is a coverage check service that allows you to query the networks of the leading national carriers in real time via API.
The platform also allows you to integrate and leverage proprietary infrastructure, making coverage checks available on web portals or commercial systems as well.
OLO2OLO API
Module designed to manage data migrations between operators, in accordance with AGCOM Resolution 274/07/CONS. The interface is fully abstracted and designed to be integrated into existing BSS/OSS environments without requiring manual intervention. The automation of incoming and outgoing requests ensures traceability, efficiency, and compliance.
Number Portability API
Designed to support the entire NP Pura cycle—for both geographic (NG) and non-geographic (NNG) numbers—the module enables compliant and automated case management, reducing operational time and ensuring regulatory compliance with the following AGCOM regulations:
274/07/CONS, 41/09/CIR, 52/09/CIR, 68/08/CIR, 35/10/CIR, 62/11/CIR, the Circular of March 12, 2020, and 103/21/CIR.
